today has been an exhausting day, both physically and mentally, though it's pretty much more inclined towards the physical... i had training this morning and i just came back from kickboxing... haha.

my knee started hurting again towards the end of training (thank goodness it's the last school training till next year. still have club though. ROAR.) However, it wasn't so bad during kickboxing surprisingly, though it's probably explanatory because i was EXTRA careful :) today there was only amanda (a.k.a YI KEI) and i. it was like personal training la. haha. uber cool. and FUN! :D the other 4 couldn't make it apparently. Jason and yikei had a good laugh at my inability to glide/shift/move forward and Jason never fails to point out that "for a soccer player BLAH BLAH BLAH" (think negative).

we met these two turkish men, who yikei served in the coffee club earlier on that day (who she incidentally found cute, though i think are also old enough to be our dads). She was totally estatic about seeing them, and we talked to them till Jason came haha.

OOOOH. Jason's going to maldives for his honeymoon! haha. maldives is a sexy place!!! haha. He showed yi kei and i the pic of his wife and yi kei said i look like her. HAHA. (joleen this is so diao1)

anyway just to sidetrack a little bit... I HAVE 38 pairs of footwear! (that i wear that is, goodness knows where i might find random pairs haha.) and 2 more pairs of birks are on the way! LOL.
top brands include asics, puma, adidas, sketchers, tinkerbell... heh.

i haven't been bothered to do much work lately, and have used my time for impractical things such as trying to personalise christmas presents by making them myself (though sad to say, failed miserably), and counting the number of pairs of shoes i have :D

ohh! i drew up my christmas list too! My biggest headache, has been looking for a gift for cliff, dad and mum. you see, i always put so much thought into they're presents every year, and each year i seem to have the propensity to think that i should outdo the previous year's gift (in terms of effort, creativity and thought- not PRICE) haha.

sigh... material things just never seem to satisfy me anymore, and no matter what i get people it never seems to be suffice. it doesnt stop me from making a wish list though haha. :) here we go. THIS IS A HINT BTW.

i honestly can't think of anything else. besides, everything's so expensive anyway. heck. christmas shouldn't be about such crap. Like the priest from ctk recently said, "The world seems to be more excited about christmas than the church". This i cannot argue against.
